Well, many years ago, there was a non-interactive sims bug where all the times would stand around and not interact with each other. I reported the bug, and it took like 4-5 months to fix. We have some critical eye bug issues happening right now (sims eye shape has changed, eyelids not closing properly, and lighter eyelashes with preset eyes) that affect the appearance of the sims that have been introduced into the game since the patch before the release of Lovestruck. I haven't been able to play the game since because I use TS4 for storytelling, and I can no longer take screenshots. I read the other week that someone mentioned that after 1 year a bug that was preventing the person from playing was finally fixed in the recent update. Sadly, some bugs take a long time, and some never even get fixed. 2 out of the three critical eye bug issues are open and they are looking into, but one is not even open or being looked at despite numerous people reporting the issue.
