[HSY] [S] Highschool Clubs Active on Holidays

After school clubs like Drama, Football and such are active on Holidays even though school is out. It's funny to watch all the kids walk off to practice while opening their presents but pretty sure this is a bug.

It is winterfest (a holiday that by default has the day off work / school) and yet the drama class is still happening.
