for some stupid reason I cannot reply to my own report. So again i have two items missing from the deck the palms event. Will keep people update. As of today 19th jan. The phone is missing.
The event ended on January 13th. To get all of the rewards, it was warned in a post that you needed to log in no later than January 4th. Your original thread was most likely closed due other similar threads being marked as a solution was found. It appears you seem to not receive all the limited time event dlc, which I know is frustrating. Unfortunately, the event ended when the game updated last Tuesday. There were threads on the bug forum, which may give you insight.
