I play sims 4 base game on ps5

I still play my sims 4 base game on the ps5, I don't have pc so I can't get all the cool mods like everybody else. So I was just trying to see if y'all could possibly add some more careers, hairstyles, tattoos & maybe like some tongue piercings or nose piercings & even more cooking options. I be wanting my sims to look realistic. I see y'all have made some updates with the coach collaboration but I would just like to see more with the base game.
