It is not so much as outright operations cycling problem operations - as when I play my saved game I see my household “paralyzed” still in play just sitting there not walking or using the toilet when the sims bladder is full as - taking in multiplied real game restarts to even standing to sims 4 do “a number one” as in flash of single action as then just “freezing in place” as standing still all over again. This started with the reaper rewards events was on mt UI screen by the putting the event within my save game operations. So I just stop playing my game till this reaper rewards events will let my CAS sim move and make sounds not “paralyzed” still in game as in “RPG” terms the “NPC” will keep on acting their programed lives still
It looks like a script mod issue. Especially if the affected mod uses animation. You could test it, to make sure this is the case by disabling script mods in your game options. If this problem is related to "Reaper Reward Event" it will take some time but it will be over. If it is related to a new expansion pack, you will have to look for an updated version of the script mod you use.
Turn script mods off before starting your game. If your script mods are outdated the game will not run. If your cc, mods and script mods are all up to date then the issue is with EA.
