I'd like a basic aspiration to reach the top of a career.

Very few careers have an aspiration to go with it, while it would be a lot of work to add aspirations for every single one, I think a generic one could be a solution that works for any career.  The ...

Yes, more career-focused aspirations would be good. I liked that the Salaryperson career in Snowy Escape provided unique traits, so perhaps something to that effect could also be done via a new aspiration.
