Individual inventories for furniture and individual budgets

I wish there were individual inventories that I could use to pack furniture. This would make the game more realistic if teenagers moved out of their homes and, of course, wanted to take their furniture with them, or when sims are living in a shared apartment. For the same reason I wish there were individual budgets for sims living in the same household. So children and teenagers could receive pocket money, and it would make more sense if children and teenagers were employees in their parents' small business and could supplement their pocket money that way.
