Is family-sharing finally enabled for the Sims 4 now that the game is over 10 ye

I have been playing this game since release and purchased 90% of the DLC. My daughter, who has grown up watching me play this game, is now old enough to play herself! She’s ready for her own account....

The game and any DLC's are tied to your account. 

The game itself is free to play.

You can log into the same account but only one at a time can play.
