Hi, one thing I like to make my Sims do is eat fresh ingredients, and I keep the fruits and vegetables etc. in the fridge for cooking. In order to eat an apple out of the fridge though, you can't just click and eat it. You need to physically drag it out of the fridge inventory into an accessible spot for the Sim to grab and eat it. It would be nice if we had the option right out of the fridge instead.
herobean28 I keep a few in the fridge and a few in the Sim's Personal Inventory to carry around for eating as it doesn't spoil. It's quicker to eat it from their inventory. Some of my celebrity Sims have the Hardly Hungry reward trait and just occasionally grab fruit from their inventory instead of a meal. Some Sims live off the land and are freegans and do this too🍎.
I find that if I drag fruit from the fridge they just pick it up and put it down again, I end up picking fruit up all over the house 🤦!
You don't need to store apples in the fridge as they don't spoil. You could also place fruits on tables and counters so they could grab them quickly and they don't look out of place.
You know what I would love they did in a lot but the hanging fruit it says get groceries however what if we had a interactive fruit bowl or the hanging fruit that we can place our fruit in the bowl it doesn't spoil and your Sims can pick it up and eat from the bowl it can be decorative and interactive.
