Is it predatory to not have a pack rating system?

 Am I missing something, or is there NO way to leave ratings on every pack?  No way to warn future players about the mistakes I made. Am I to believe that the only way to leave a rating is through xb...

Epic Game Store doesn't have rating system but Instant Gaming and Amazon have it (EA App product keys)

Keep in mind that EA App is unpopular , the majority of players use Steam to purchase games.
