It would be nice if NPCs would dress for the weather

I am not sure how hard it would be to set up NPCs to wear coats when it is the middle of winter but it really takes me out of the game if all my sims are freezing and still wrapped up like polar bear...

I ended up adding a mod to fix this. It was either by LittleMsSam or sims4me (bienchen) to have sims automatically change into weather clothes.
