Keeps saying I'm offline (Xbox)

I can't collect any rewards for the new expansion pack (enchanted by nature) and it keeps saying I'm offline when I'm not. I also can't get on the gallery. People keep saying to link my EA account but I don't have the option to. I only have the option to link reddit, discord, twitch and steam.  Can someone help me fix this?
