Lack of responses to issues and errors

I don’t agree with the abuse being hurled online for starters, although I’m with every player that is frustrated with the cash grabs and broken updates. As such, I genuinely believe that the The Sims team need to begin addressing these issues as they occur, rather than radio silence or reposting builds, etc. 

Broken update? Acknowledge that you’re aware and working on it.

Not only will it (hopefully) settle some of the more vocal posters, but (again, hopefully) take some of the heat off the team while they (…. Hopefully?) are working on a way to resolve any new issues.

Maybe even take it one step further and publicly approach why there have been multiple bugs and errors in recent updates.

Players are taking their verbal aggression and spinning out on the issue too far, I agree, but I think people have a right to be frustrated considering the $$$ put into the game, and there’s gotta be a middle ground somewhere.
