[LD] Rebirthed sims change appearance

In addition to the other rebirth bug, rebirthed sims change appearance as well. I wanted to keep my sim's original appearance. 💔 Mods removed.

    Hello,

This is currently functioning as designed- your Sims appearance will change after they've been rebirthed. Please feel free to provide your feedback on this design choice here if you'd like.

    Thanks!

Heya! My sim's appearance would alter subtly without my changing anything. If I wanted her to look the exact same as before, I wouldn't be able to make it so. This wasn't the case before when I could rebirth her with the exact same appearance.
