When there's a lot of stormy weather it would be cool to be able to purchase or craft lightning rods to help divert strikes from destroying decor and maybe power your home, or maybe get a little mad ...

There is a lightning rod upgrade for hte Eco Lifestyle Wind Turbine (the ground one, I don't think the roof one has this option).
However
I have an upgraded turbine on my lot right now, and it seems to do basically nothing.
- I have had 4 window boxes destroyed to ash piles (really annoying if you can't remember the item that was there to replace it)
- Another plant debug item was turned to ash
- My outdoor burglar alarm was struck
- One of my lights was struck
- My sales table was struck
- My chess table was struck
I'm still having to deal with multiple items being destroyed even with this lightning rod upgrade. I'm fine with it not being a 100% guarantee to hit the turbine but if it tells me "attracts lightening" I expect it to do that.
These lightning storms are way too OTT
