Hello, today I start to fix all couples' romantic satisfaction with UI cheats "one by one". This made some of them lose their NPC roles, ex bartender. But I want to do it anyway because I don't want to see premade couples being sad without reason anymore.
By the way, during the process, I found that while most of them have a -75 point (minimum), this couple has -66.75 points after doing one romantic interaction. This means just one action increases by around 8 points.
So, as I predicted before, couples in the game will gain romantic satisfaction eventually if they are spawned as a Lovestruck Couple on the lot.
Keeping stargazing will fill their points. But the result is too many couples invading the lot. So, this isn't the wise method anyway. And if you have many couples in the game, it's impossible to let every couple appear on the lot for long enough.

So, if you play vanilla without any mods and don't care about the background character, you can play Lovestruck without problem. The satisfaction is easy to add. But if you are a rotational player, better use the mod or add Paragon Partner trait as people suggest here.

For me, I will go to fix the point of the existing couple to be +50 to keep my utopia peaceful lol. You can fix it to be neutral (+0), but I think most couples should be satisfied. But I put 0 for some couples that have bitter love in the lore (Ex, couples who have a red bar in the romantic part)

I don't have the issue of romantic decay in my game and I don't own Lovestruck.
This romantic decay turns me off to buying Lovestruck if I need a mod to play rotational.
Right now all my couples are in love and I can leave them alone for weeks without any noticeable decay. Hoping for fixes because I would love to play this city.🙂
Having Lovestruck right now without a mod to stop the decay is a nightmare for rotational players. You are so lucky that you don't have this right now.
It's my fault that I overlooked this issue because I haven't seen people complain about this from the viewpoint of a rotational player yet (I found out later...). If I know sooner, I will search for the mod to prevent them earlier. Now I have to fix it manually. I think I did for over 20 couples yesterday in one save. Today, I will do it again for the current save.
I still have to test whether or not the mod I mentioned will stop the decay successfully. If it isn't, I may start to play only CAS and builder until it's fixed.
