@Olafw1998mine was getting abducted so many times I had to change the satellite to "Prevent Abductions". Are you using "Contact Aliens" a lot on the specific computer I mentioned and the satellite dish? Also using a small telescope rather than the backyard observatory?
The "contact aliens" interactions are much more effective than the telescope for me.
It's a shame we can't swap games! My poor Scientist Sim was getting zapped up to the mother ship almost daily!
Random abductions were tuned quite sometime ago but that doesn't affect my Scientists and Sims actively looking to be abducted by contacting aliens.
There is an open bug report for abducted males not getting pregnant here:

@Olafw1998No the pregnancies are quite random, I've been doing some reading up on it and saw something that mentioned it's a 30% chance. I've been testing this over the weekend with regards to just the abductions (because the Sims I'm testing with were female).
I tested using the small telescope and my Sim didn't get abducted using that at all. She stood there and didn't move until she'd reached level 6 logic skill, so it was a pretty long time. She did get the meteorite though and that's been more common for my Sims with the telescope.
But my Scientist Sim using the computer and satellite dish to "Contact Aliens" did much better and she was regularly abducted.
I wonder if the pregnancy reward/lot traits would help your Sim? So if you make their home lot "on a ley line" and buy them the "fertile" reward trait for 3000 points.
I've had a look at Carl's Sims Guides and if you use the search term "Sims 4 Aliens" it pops up. His guides are always reliable and he has some tips on regular Sim/alien pregnancy without abductions as well as abductions.
