I completely agree; I hate how the pretty curtains I want don't fit in a window because it's "too long" to fit. I also dislike that the size variants of the curtains aren't very flexible either.
The mirrors I also wish were more flexible because some of the pretty mirrors that would be perfect to hang on a wall will either be too tall, too short, too small, or something other. I also would like variants of the floor mirrors into wall mirrors because that would be awesome.
