Full agreement. Toggles for a lot of things would be nice. Especially if many of those/related toggles could be set in the game settings to be the default for new saves (ex: I hate absolutely hate that the default is for body/face hair to grow. It takes so much time to remove these every single gameplay). Toggles should be on soooo many things - like notifications for events/festivals/school events, phone spam blocker (no more "hey, i heard you became friends with "Y/N", they're cool". Having those in the game settings for new saves would make things sooo much better.
I don't want toggles for gameplay that is meant to be played but I agree with you.
This game is designed to be played not reconstructed so we can play it easily.
