Marriage Bug: One Sim Missing Wedding Certificate

Hello, I’d like to report a bug in The Sims 4 Patch 1.118.257.1020. After my Sims exchanged vows and got married, one of the partners did not receive a wedding certificate. Thank you

Looks like this is design. You only get one.

I believe you only get one in all my married sims i only get one. But you can order a copy of it on the computer
