Meal time with families

I do enjoy the sims, but when I have a sim in the family start preparing a group meal, other sims who are also hungry will get leftovers from the fridge which is really annoying because the original sim was making food for everyone! 😣

IMO, I think it would really help if a sim is cooking a group meal (not just a single serving) other  Sims autonomously grabbing leftovers is turned off unless the player instructs them to grab food from the fridge regardless if another sim is cooking for all in that household.
