Mermaid update
Can we have a skills tree/traits for mermaids like we have with the other occults that we can unlock I feel like they are needed to make them more interesting.

- @vee_simhub I really wish they had done something like H2O: Just Add Water merpeople abilities. But now that would mean an Island Living's refresh and it doesn't look like we're getting any more pack refreshes.
