Missing activities and jobs for small business!

Hi! I am really happy about the business and hobbies pack. I haven't run into any issues or glitches but, there are a lot of activities that I feel should be in the tasks for employees. For example, my sim is running a flower and garden shop where she sells flower arrangements as the biggest part of her business. Now that she got more money, I hired some employees to help her take care of the shop and help her make flower arrangements since its slow and having employees help, will keep the shelves stocked more. I understand that it isn't the typical activity in a business but to want people to be creative, its a little difficult to do that when your limited on activities to have in your store. I've noticed I'm not the only one who has wanted to make a flower/garden shop either! Not only flower arranging but what about candle making, juice fizzing, etc. It really isn't that big of a deal and it is possible to download mods, which I did but there still wasn't all the activities that should be there and obviously not everyone can download mods. I would really appreciate sims at least looking into it and possibly adding it in the future but I understand if not. Thank you! :)
