EA, and Maxis, your games have too many bugs, more than a 1000, it's seen in the game and in your forums, as people keep reporting.
EA and Maxis do not spread diversity in the games: you sell cultural appropriation. You do not address real minority problems; unless you were actually doing more charity, donations and interviewing real victims of society's brutality.
You silence negative comments instead of talking and finding solutions.
When I tried to interact with the game community, you, the moderators, silenced me, instead of talking to me, and I have some diseases and mental health problems I struggle with. I felt attacked, angry and lied to, by you claiming you accept people of diversity and with social struggles, and then just straight deleting my comments.
The way you "water down" problems in a fantasy game doesn't bring "respect" or "understanding": it erases real critical art and then makes the game boring. I have mental health problems: changing Insane trait to Erratic actually offended me more because it shows you don't care for the core problem but actually just use it for marketing in a superficial and vain way.
Your online costumer support is so difficult to reach I already lost hope of trying to reach you there. There's a loop in the website that sends the user to the forums or back to a FAQ.
You don't like talking politics even claiming bringing diversity to the game, so, here's an analogy: I'm part of the Goth family and you, EA and Maxis, are the Landgraab. And guess what? You won. And the Goths are dead.

Why don't you accept so many modded contents as fun and essential part of the game? Why don't you implement it in the game? Why do modders bugfix your games faster than you if you are an international so big and accepting company?
Why can't you accept adult jokes and adult content? It's a game, it's fantasy. It's not real. It's "The Sims", not "The Humans". The game lost so much in "fun" compared to Sims 1 and Sims 2: animations, characters, personality, traits.
Having the Insane trait in the game is not a representation of the real life. It's fiction. There are no "traits" in real life.
If you want to make a game for children, just do it. Stop watering down a game that is not for children. Children should not be left alone dealing with all this information. Your games are not for children.
