I personally would love to see more career options for my Sims. Some ideas are:Tattoo artist piercer.Dog walker/groomer/pet sitter - could be for teens tooModelHair stylistMeteorologist Daycare/elementary schoolJust to throw a few ideas out there!

They could start by adding more odd jobs. I liked that feature, but it's the same 10 jobs every day. They could add more to incentivize/reward you for leveling up skills. More "active" jobs would be great, but even just a few more of the ones that involve leaving your house for a few hours would be fine with me.

We definitely need more career options!It's kind of surprising to me that we have this many packs and not every one came with at least one career.I really kinda wish they went back and added careers to some of the packs.

I'd love more careers! I enjoy working up the levels and receiving the promotion unlocks. I'm inspired to create a lot of my Sims based on their career choice.Would like to note that a couple of the careers listed thus far would unfortunately be tied directly to DLC, which would likely create another My First Pets Stuff snafu, DLC for DLC. A Meteorologist career would be directly tied to weather in Seasons EP. Devs would have to get creative and think outside the weather box. Without Seasons, it's always sunny in Willow Creek. Dog walker = Cats & Dogs EP. Both of these careers would be fun, but I'm not sure if possible to implement.It would be cool, however, to introduce Career Stuff packs to invite more career-focused gameplay, CAS and BB.

@BriteRedScream I recently posted I would love to see an Archaeology Career since these games offer our Sims to go on adventures and have dig sites. Plus with Jungle Adventures offering the archaeology desk... that really helped to put the bug there.

when i was looking for something else for the mod update, i stumpled into all these:

event planner should be either in City Living or My Wedding Stories

Call Centre Employee should be either in the freelance or as a job in basegame

Quality and Training should be in basegame

Management maybe basegame or "Get To Work"

i just can't tell with architect but maybe it can have their own pack (i think it's gonna be either a stuff pack or game pack at the most)

i'm sure more careers can be added that's missing in the game, like army to name something

Great idea, as their rabbit holes I'm sure they could add a few more in as an update or content drop, whatever it's called 🙂

@БрайтКрасныйКрик I would also like to see many different careers and interactive situations with them. from professions. IT. Game developers. Testers. AI PROGRAMMERS. Generative AI models and work with them. Then a concierge in an elite complex or an administrator in a large company or in elite housing. Different doctors with the ability to run around the ladies and drive around in an ambulance. This is only a small part of what I want to see, but now I'm too lazy to write a huge list about it.

And from the interactivity - these are meetings with partners in career. Competition at work. Business trips and trips to other countries and cities. Corporate events. And parties with colleagues. Colleagues' birthdays. Parcels with work-related documents. Harassment. Meeting bosses. Lunch breaks during work, the system is like at school. Like, if you want, you go to school with your Sims. And if you don't, you don't. Only here, if you want, you join your Sim on his lunch break, and if you don't, you don't. Romances with colleagues behind the backs of their bosses. Gossip and squabbles in offices. The atmosphere at work, the general atmosphere in the team. Like, some Sims will die in a toxic team and they need to look for something else. And other Sims, like flowers, only blossom in a toxic team. Someone loves the team and working with it, and someone does not. business trips with the boss. Meetings and deals. Which can bring profit to the company. business breakfasts. business meeting. courses for professional development. or for self-liberation.
