More Sim Autonomy Ideas

I wish you could designate items that you have in your sim's house but they won't use (just like we do). For example, if a sim doesn't watch much TV but you decorated their house with one, you can just click on it and select "Don't use TV" or something. That way they don't automatically keep watching TV every second they get, and you can simply manually make them watch it if needed. It would be great if the same thing applied to furniture and appliances around the house, like the coffee maker or the couch.
