I agree and I don't think we should be afraid of criticizing the lack of white skin tones in the game. The neutral and the cool ones that they added look so pale as well.
Diversity is a difficult subject to discuss, but I feel that it goes both ways... when I looked at the premade families in Business & Hobbies I couldn't help but notice that there was not a single blonde female sim. Blonde hair is one of the most common hair colors here in scandinavia.
That and we didn't get any neighborhood with family houses... just two harbor neighborhoods. I mentioned this in their recent survey where they asked if I felt represented and I said no, and mentioned this.
