More Worlds with empty lots

Someone might have said this before. I want to see more worlds with empty lots to build on. The only one we have is Newcrest. But I want to see more.

I would prefer one more basegame world that is full empty like Newcrest.

I find it somewhat unfair that rewards from missed events aren't available for purchase. Allowing players to buy these rewards, even if they miss the event, would be more helpful and fair.
