Preteens as a new life stage?

Hey fellow simmers! I feel like there should be a stage between teens and children. I think things like the "Awkward Stage", First Crushes, and middle school would add so much more realism and fun to gameplay! Especially how drastically the sims body changes when they age up from kids doesn't make sense. Especially Height and stuff. It would give sims a chance to discover themselves and grow their character. Traits like rebellious or popular, Valedictorian, etc. would be cool to earn through gameplay. 

What are your thoughts?
