I don’t see too many big content creators talk about this or just people in general.
Me and my sister play on console so the things we can do compared to PC is limited. We always talk about how neat it would be if we could run multiple businesses on one lot and have an apartment or house with the combination of a restaurant, retail store, bar, coffee shop… I have seen several builds like this and even made some myself. i just wish it could be functional!
The venues would be more attractive and a little more realistic if we could combine them :
- Museum + Café
- Restaurant + Dance club
- Restaurant + Lounge bar
- Spa + Swimming pool
- Park + Gym
- Beach + Bar / Karaoke bar
- Residential + Retail
- Wedding venue + Cemetery
I like NoahLGP combinations, but I think it would be more fun to have any random combination. The sims team could even cap the number that can be on one lot, like the residential rentals.
