Near Death Experience Milestone

I was just thinking it would be cool to have some sort of Near Death Experience milestone. Recently my sim has saved 2 sims lives by pleading with Grim and they're bought back to life and have a sentiment towards the sim that saves them but that's it. I just thought it would be good to be made into something a little more. Even when a ghost is bought back to life there's no sentiment or milestone about the time spent as a ghost or no sentiment towards the sim who bought them back to life. Hopefully I'm making sense :)
