NEW IDEA: building a mini loft by just one floor

@PipMenace Perhaps thinking of it as being able to add flooring to a half wall would be easier to understand. If I'm building using tall walls, I should be able to add a loft room area (bedroom, reading room, living room, etc.) that is open to the rest of the home.
