No music with burglar is this by design?

Question

So I had my first burglar in game I was really excited about it 😆

It was 12am no music played my sims where outside stargazing out the front of their house

they weren’t robin banks either my sim called the police they arrived instantly on the lot

so is this a normal thing ?

also I’m a little disappointed that the police person doesn’t put the burglar in handcuffs and take them away?

I have no mods or cc my game has been recently patched repaired and reset the folder

I don’t know if this is a bug or by design

ts4 burglary theme is just a few seconds of soft strings (incl. pizzicato) i.e. easily to missas for robin banks, she appears in new saves only
