Non-alien sims having an aura/emotional glow

So you know how Aliens will have a glow arround them when they are having a strong emotion (like pink for being very flirty etc), well it is happening to non-alien sims too.

I know that sometimes fairys or ghost influences can cause this too but it is happening without any of that.

    EA_Solaire​ oh, this is designed? When did this become a thing, do you know? I dont mind it, I just didnt know it was intended.
