npc households that do not have a stable gets horses

so i got all the packs, and i notis that so many of the other households are getting horses without having a stable to the horses. it is super annoying. f.eks. the landcrab household have gotten a horse and they do not have a stable on their lot to have a horse.

PC, No-cc. No mods.

Turn off adopt horses story progression in the mange world screen. That solves the issue. All options are on by default. You can do it by household, so if there are households you want to adopt horses, it can by reenable for that particular one.
