There are so many missed great opportunities in some of these packs when you really think about it. It's hard to pick just one for some of them, but I'll give it a go...
Yeah I mean there is so many things that could be added even for me its hard with some
but I wanted to challenge people on prioritizing just one out of their large lists and see what they come up with >:)
also fitness stuff tho I totally agree its odd how basic exercises are missing in this game
I had a lot of fun thinking of some of those possibilities. It has also made me realise how Fitness Stuff was probably one of my biggest disappointments even if it isn't the 'worst' SP.

Get to Work: shop-owning aspiration
Get Together: dancer/dj career
City Living: singer career and/or aspiration
Cats & Dogs: pet training career and/or aspiration (and/or also a veterinary based aspiration)
Outdoor Retreat: a specifically herbalism focused aspiration and/or career option
Spa Day: wellness aspiration and/or career
Dine Out: aspiration based around running a restaurant
Vampires: vampire hunting aspiration
Parenthood: playable nanny career, that was based in the parenting skill
Jungle Adventure: an aspiration based specifically around exploring selvadoradan culture (like, learning dances and such). Also, an actual archaeologist career (either work form home or freelance)
Luxury Party Stuff: formal dinner party event
Perfect Patio Stuff: pool party event
Kids Room Stuff: slumber parties
Basically: I always want new aspirations, careers, and events. If you ask me, every time they introduce a new skill, there should be AT LEAST a couple aspirations or careers to go with it, and every stuff pack if AT ALL possible should come with a new social event.
Yes please to all of this! I would love to have more social events and business/skill based careers and aspirations, particularly for dancing, singing, wellness, dog training, archaeology, and retail/restaurants. I really wish we had vampire hunters and careers for handy sims too. An option to specify a dress code for events would also be useful to allow us to arrange formal dinner parties and such.
