Options to reset gallery sims skills, stats, traits, etc.

Sometimes it's good that gallery sims come with history, other times I have plans for them that don't involve them being level 10 at everything and having a specific personality. I can use cheats at least to change personality, but changing a skill level is more difficult.

It's made harder because lot of galley sims turn out to be level 10 at almost everything so being able to play and progress with them isn't possible any more.

There is a way to achieve this in CAS already. All you do is create a twin. The twin has no skills, but you will have to fix outfits/make up in CAS. You can then delete the sim that has skills. I sometimes do this when I don't want to spend all day molding the face and body of a sim.
