there's aspirations and jobs connected each other and if I select wrong branch that sim's aspiration is long gone

I've only been on the forums for about 5 months now, but from my constant internet research I could see that this topic has been cried about since the dawn of time.
I don't want to use cheats or mods to further my aspirations and to unlock career rewards in build mode. I want to achieve everything fair and square.
