What happens when the bug occurs? The achievement does not include every social event available in the game
What do you expect to see? I expect every social event to be included, considering the achievement says it does. 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

After going through the game files, I have identified that these events will not be included for the achievement, despite the achievement saying any event.
