Outdated Achievement Feedback

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.151.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All DLC
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at the requirements needed to complete this achievement
What happens when the bug occurs? The achievement clearly says to have a sim listen to ALL radio stations and watch ALL tv channels in the game, however there are so many that have not been added to this achievement (Pic 2). 
What do you expect to see? I expect every radio and tv channel to be tracked by this achievement, considering it says to watch / listen to all of them
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

After going through the game files, I have identified these channels and radio stations to be missing from the achievement.

    Why did these get merged into one and dragged into feedback when most of these achievements are literally inaccurate and not updated?

    Achievements haven't been updated since Seasons back in 2018. They only contain Achievements for a few packs, Bowling Stuff, Get to Work, Outdoor Retreat and Seasons. No Achievements have been added for new skills and careers added in later packs. It would be nice to see new Achievements just for a sense of completion.

    Sim Stats have only been updated to include Vampire Accomplishments and nothing else since. It would be better to see new Accomplishments for Werewolves and Spellcasters, Aliens and the new occult Fairies.

    The lifestyle Frequent Traveler has the option to ask sims about their home region. However after Snowy Escape the newer worlds only get a default response of "Oh, this is a great place to live." New proper descriptions for the worlds after Snowy Escape would be better.

    It's disappointing to see old features just left to collect dust.
