Outfits to gallery...

I was thinking that a way to get outfits on the gallery might be to make mannequins an unplayable occult type. Then players could dress the mannequins and upload them. 

The ability to transfer clothing, make-up and accessories from form-A to form-B already exists. Maybe that can be modified to transfer an outfit from Sim-A to Sim-B.
