Overly Ambitious Pack idea: NYC

Model after New York City

Tiny apartment builds, luxury time square apartment, town house builds, deli shop, (restaurant)/ convenience store shop lots with new perks (corner bodegas)

Perks ideas:

Fast delivery (apt/home lots) (food delivery or groceries orders arrive very quickly)

Low bills (tiny apt perk) (tiny apt should be really cheap with low utilities)

Friendly community (sims giving random friendly gifts or are just easier to become friends with)

Neighborhood favorite (unlock-able perk) for the bodegas after they hit a certain milestone of success.

City Lots:

Underground nightclub/ Celebrity nightclub

1 bodega or deli shop (but we should have space to make our own too)

Time square area with food trucks/ food stands and buskers

I think an island with a large statue of sim liberty with be a great destination lot.

A big Central Park.

A Broadway theater to go see shows (this can be a rabbit hole situation as to not break the game even more)

This idea came to mind because I was really hoping to see another city in the sim games.

But with the rental pack this might even make it more complicated because then you could be a landlord of tiny New York apartments.

I also wanted to see a career path for a Broadway star which would include getting lessons to improve skills, going to auditions, rehearsals, and then going to opening night and an additional show. I am unsure if going to work should be a rabbit hole because the game play would be similar to Get Famous but instead the opening night show could be in front of an audience (or a fake audience).

Well that’s all I had in mind and I’m not even sure of this idea has any value but I wanted to share it with the Sims Community. I think this idea can definitely be build up better and improved. But there is so many things to consider it might be hard to simplify just for smooth gameplay’s sake.
