Wouldn't hiding unplayed rentals under an Occluder Ceiling (like [CL] apartments) help with game performance as advised in the Dag Dag to Lag article? The game then wouldn't need to render interior walls, wallpapers, floor textures, stairs or railings of unplayed rentals, thereby improving game performance of Residential Rentals.
