Hi! While i don't think its a huge issue, this does feel like a weird inconsistency rather than an intentional choice, especially since this doesn't seem like a technical limitation (since all the meshes and textures already exist for both sides anyway).

imo it would be better to enable the railing on the top part (and put it only on the side of the square corresponding to the chosen railing side)
