How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.294.1020 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs are installed
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim in the scientist career drink ghost goo.
What happens when the bug occurs? A tombstone appears in the drinkers inventory if the serum works. It can’t be destroyed
What do you expect to see? A gravestone that can be destroyed or no grave at all.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The October 22 2024 patch
I had a sim drink ghost goo from the scientist career and she has a tombstone in her inventory, once the moodlet is exposed she returns to normal but she keeps the grave, I can’t destroy it.
