Rebecca Flores keeps taking over Esther Gomes' Ghost Host role in the Order of Lenore for no reason. I would love to know how to solve this, as I was so excited for this quest.
No mods or custom content installed.
All packs owned and active.

How often does the bug occur? I don't know, this isn't easy to test
What is your current game version number? 1.110.311.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every expansion, game pack, and stuff pack except for DHD, HSY, and Horse Ranch.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do the quests for the Ghost Host, such as the "Essence-tials" quest
What happens when the bug occurs? The default Ghost Host sim, Esther Gomes, is replaced by a random ghost sim.
What do you expect to see? I expect Esther to remain the Ghost Host unless she gets deleted or otherwise removed from the game or something.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now, I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No, I just tried doing this.
When I checked the book statue thing to see the current members for a different quest, I noticed that Esther Gomes, my sim's coworker, had been replaced by a different ghost named Kali Lenny.
When I tracked down Kali at the ghost support group meeting, Esther was also there - and both sims had the "Order of Lenore" above their names in their tooltips. However, my sim could only deliver the ghost essence to Kali, even though Esther was the one who gave her the quest.
@RogueIvyH I had that happen but I could always just finishe the quests with either Sim. Are you having issues with that ?

It will work but as soon as I hand it in the new sim becomes the permanent host. I think I have found that it is an issue with them joining careers because it keeps happening when I join the reaper career she does too. It might have the do with the neighbourhood stories being turned on for the other rabbit hole jobs.
@RogueIvyH - It's not Neighborhood Stories. I've had mine disabled for years now and also have gotten multiple Ghost Hosts. I wonder if it's because ghosts are only semi-permanent, as wandering/nonplayable ghosts have always disappeared during the day (which is likely why they don't show up on our "Travel with..." lists.)
I've had an interesting situation where the Ghost Host keeps changing sometimes back to Ester, Petunia White, and another Sim who's name I can't recall! I play on PS4 and thus don't have any mods!
Mind you I been having bugs with certain things like Aspiration milestones not being checked (still hasn't effected my ability to complete them), but still having issues completing certain tasks for the ghost host (the cake one worked fine though)!
