Re: Deck the Palms event missing in-game and can't claim rewards

This the first time I'm having an issue since I've never run to any problems when playing the sims 4 or during an event, but the recent event is what I'm having a problem. I've started login in the deck the palms event the moment it has started and have checked in regularly to claim the available items and now I'm having problems of not being able to claim the last five items. I've tried restarting the game, but it did not work and it logged me out and it would not let me logged back in. I have 2days and 4hrs left before it ends and I don't know what to do!!!!

I have sent a message to the TheSimsDirect (the sims team) as well.
that i didn't get a notifications when Deck The Palms Login Event started, i only got the notification(08-01-2026) that the event ends on the Jan 13. So I've only had 5 days to log in and claim gifts.
