Had the same problem bruh. Even after the time I usually should be able to get it, it never unlocked. The event ended and now the only things I am missing are the last 2 items. Hopefully if they see our complaints, they'll extend the event, but don't count on it.
SAME, and now the event is completely gone from my home screen.
