In the Nature's calling reward event, I did all the quests but I'm still missing 10 points to claim the last reward. I have no opportunity to claim the reward going forward.

Same here. The event said I completed it, but I know I still had tasks to complete, and I hadn't claimed the last reward.
Same here, I assumed it was because I did not do a few of the ones that needed other packs.
I'm having the same issue as well and I play on xbox one
I'm stuck on the 4th quest as I started late and was planning on smashing through it. Unfortunately i cant go past it now. real shame.
