Re: Changing Keybindings in The Sims 4

I have seen this discussion on many forums including here but haven't seen any resolution. There are no mods. So I ask please.

Allow me to Remap keys. Most games do this.

EA seems to want to support this game and keep it going and I know I'm not alone in this want.

I just want to be able to pause time with space bar. That's it. It feels vary un natural to go all the way to 0 or P to pause. Other top down and strategy games where you speed up and pause time do this so it's only natural. There's no reason to have to reach across the keyboard to pause.

I also want this. The internet is riddled with requests for this (keymapping in general). However, EA has a very VERY big reputation for never listening to consumers, so this is probably why no one really even tries to suggest things.

FWIW, I think EA can change. Buy back its stocks so it can just be a proper consumer-oriented company that is useful to the world instead of whatever it has become.
